11th Stop: Tel Aviv, Israel. Hanging in the Holy Land

Flat Lily at the Old City of Yaffo.
Flat Lily has gone international! On November 16th we received pictures from Lily's first overseas stop: Tel Aviv, Israel. Flat Lily spent her time in Israel with cousins that we found through the miracle of social media. Our Israeli host, Maya, is the great-great-granddaughter of Chaia, the sister of Lily's great-great grandmother Freida.

Flat Lily and Maya had lots of adventures during their family reunion. They visited "Mini Israel" at the Azrieli Center.

At the "Flotation Center" in Ramat-Gan Flat Lily took a dip in a flotation chamber.

In Eilat, Maya and Flat Lily went to Coral World.

In the Coral World under water observatory Flat Lily saw lots of cool creatures.

Sea turtles

Stingrays

Baby sharks

Lion fish

And the special corals of the Red Sea

Flat Lily's Israeli adventure did not end there!
Maya and Lily visited the Bahai Gardens in Haifa.

They went to the Fire and Water Kinetic Fountain of Jacob Agam.

Flat Lily also got to celebrate the High Holy Days in the Holy Land!
Here she is in the Sukkah with Dov and Yali during Sukkot.

Thanks so much to the Israeli branch of our family tree for their wonderful hospitality! Flat Lily is on the road again and off to her next international adventure. Where could that be?
